• My ceramics are handmade with different mid fire Canadian clays, glazed, and then fired to 1200°, making them vitrified, food safe, durable and able to stand the test of time if treated with care

• As this is a handcrafted piece, some slight variations occur from piece to piece

• While dishwasher safe, hand wash is always advised.
• If a piece has transfers on it, handwash is 100% recommended to not degrade the artwork
• If using a dishwasher, I recommend top-rack and gentle cycle settings
• Microwaves, stovetops, and ovens are discouraged. Never place ceramics in a preheated oven, on the stovetop or directly over a flame.
• Handle with Care: Although sturdy, handmade ceramics can still chip or break if dropped or knocked against hard surfaces. Take care when stacking and storing them!

I pack and ship all packages by hand using recyclable paper and biodegradable starch packing peanuts that can be dissolved in water. All packages ship via Purolator, UPS, or Canada Post. You may see a shipping notification from Shopify or Freightcom/Clickship.

While shipping charges are estimated on the site, I will refund any overages.

Outside Canada: Customers are responsible for all fees associated with customs and duties upon delivery. I am not able to estimate or control these fees, so please contact your local customs office for more information.

Orders are processed, packaged and sent out for shipment within 5 business days of the order date. Once shipped, delivery times are usually from 3-10 business days within North America.

• If your item arrives damaged or broken, please send me an email ASAP including photos of the piece and the packaging it came in so that I can make a claim with the shipping company. I will remake and ship your piece. Note: replacement items may take up to 8 weeks to complete as I may have to create them from scratch!
