Oh hey there! I'm Jill, a pottery-obsessed maker since 2024. Like so many potters I speak to, I took a class and was hooked immediately. 

As a full-time owner of two small businesses in Calgary, I discovered I wasn't 'making' any longer and that my creative side wasn't fulfilled; enter ceramics. I found a connection back to my hands and fell into step immediately with the clay.

My work is inspired by the gorgeous Rocky Mountains, by plants and animals, and by beautiful, flowing colours. I also love to add an occasional touch of whimsy to my work.

I throw and fire out of the amazing Mud Potters Studio in Calgary.
